A group night for everyone in the Breakthrough community.
7th April 2020, 5:30pm – 7pm
The plan for the evening is:
– to check-in with how you’re doing
– introduce you to some of the volunteer team who will be available if you’d like to chat
– talk in small groups about those trauma-specific issues only survivors really ‘get’
– learn some Mindfulness skills to help
..and maybe play a silly game or two 😊
So it doesn’t feel too daunting, here’s the ‘check-in question’ in advance so you can have a think and not feel put on the spot on the night:
“If you can, sum up how the last week as been for you in 3 words?”
It’s a FREE support group, but if you’d like to make a donation for your place to cover the team’s time, that would help us a lot – just select an amount from the dropdown box.
