Breakthrough Delivery and Returns Policy
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery (UK)
FREE UK delivery on orders over £10.
(£2.99 delivery on orders under £10)
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class post and take 2-3 days from dispatch to be delivered.
Delivery (Europe)
Shipping to Europe is a flat rate of £7.99.
Please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch for your order to be delivered. (Depending on destination, some orders may take slightly longer to arrive)
Delivery (International)
International shipping to locations outside of Europe is a flat rate of £12.99.
Although international orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks, in the event of any Royal Mail delays please allow up to 6 weeks from dispatch for your order to be delivered.
Orders may experience some delays within the postal service during busy periods (Bank Holidays and Christmas).
Returns Policy
You can return item(s) 14 days of receipt, provided they are in a new/unused* condition. Return postage fees are at your own expense and risk, therefore we recommend sending returns by tracked post.
*Fair use applies. Breakthrough reserves its right to refuse returns under exceptional circumstances.
Please Note: If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please inform Customer Services at shop@traumabreakthough.org so that we can also resolve the issue.
You should receive your refund within 30 days receipt of your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size, we will happily swap it for you but we will ask for you to pay for the additional shipping cost of sending out a new size to you once we receive the original order back.
