Join us for our online mental health training course exploring Trauma & Sleep. Survivors of trauma often experience difficulties with sleeping. Too much sleep, too little sleep, disrupted sleep patterns and bad dreams can all be part of the long term impact of trauma. This seminar will help you understand the relationship between different types of disrupted sleep and trauma, and will offer practical tools to help survivors develop more healthy sleep patterns.
This 2hr course will be hosted via Zoom from 7:30pm-9:30pm (UK time) and is open to attendees from across the globe.
